Hi All,
I am extremely sorry for posting the message before the file is attached. Exactly I too do not know what happened at that time because my system took long time to attach the file and when I saw the post I noticed that there was no attachment symbol. Since my internet connection gone I could not re-upload.

Now, I am attaching the long waited Excel file in which analysis is available for all the DAR-2012 items. Since the links are provided between basic rates and analysis you can directly use the for your market analysis also. Just change the basic rates as per your local market, you will get the analysed rate!

Please note that the file is not a replica of CPWD-DAR-2012 but the contents are adopted from it!

Hi,
First extract the zip file using WinRAR (available for free online), then open the file using MS Excel-2007 or later. If you do not have MS office 2007, take the file in a pendrive and open with MS Excel 2007 where is is available. Then save the file as previous version of Excel (97-2003) file.

I think you don't have WinRAR installed on your system. Please down load WinRAR from You Cannot View the Links Before Login the Site. Please Login or Register Our Site.. and install on your system. Then the attachment downloaded can be extracted!

Hello Rambabujalli. thanks for your efforts. Is it possible to upload the excel file with all links in same format as per PDF version uploaded on CPWD webside so that page to page itme wise tracking becomes easier.

The file contains sub-analysis from page 1 to 11 and from Page 12 on wards as per the DAR-2012! To locate any item, do not search by pages. Instead use this method :
1. Select entire column of 'A'.
2. Press Ctrl+f
3. Enter the code number of the item (Every item has a unique code)
You will reach that particular item!
